Hey Peeps!

So I've finally decided to share something I've been working on for over a year now. I started writing this novel ages ago but put it aside, and now that I've built out so much more of my world (Eluvemar), I've gone back to do a proper re-edit. Fingers crossed someone here enjoys it!

Starfire: Book One of The Starless Prophecy Trilogy

She fell through fire and lightning, from a world of ash into one where stars still burn. Sera wakes in the Harrowing Grounds with nothing: no name, no House, no understanding of how she came to be here. Only the stranger's last words echo in her skull: survive. And the certainty that this place is wrong in ways she cannot yet name.

The Vylerrian Institute of Thaumaturgical Arts takes her in, not knowing she was never meant to be their student. They train her. Test her. Find her magic wild, her instincts feral, her eyes fixed on shadows that do not exist for others. Sorted into House Valthar, Sera learns to fight, to burn, to survive at any cost in this unknown place. But survival is not enough. Not when the stars above match no constellation she knows. Not when the gods walk distant and unworshipped. Not when her own power answers to rage and grief she cannot explain.

Something is coming. Something that will unmake the sky. And Sera, who has seen the dark that follows, must choose whether to save a world that will call her mad, weak, powerless, or let it burn again.

Chapters one and two are already up if anyone wants to read them! Would love to hear what you think

Okay friends… I’ve finally finished my full deep-dive into one of the great kingdoms of Rhycullun, and yes, it absolutely ran away from me in the best way possible.

We’re talking Del Yerlusta - the ancient elven realm of living terraces, moon-pearl spires, unicorn omens, and the Seven sacred Elardail who literally grow from the leylines themselves. It is lush. It is dramatic. It is quietly judging everyone else from inside a very well-maintained forest.

It’s over 5,500 words (Sorry, not sorry), so this isn't a “quick scroll while you wait for the kettle to boil” situation. This is a cup of tea, cosy blanket, maybe cancel your evening plans kind of read. I regret nothing.

If you’re into kingdoms that choose patience over rash decisions, long-term stewardship over flashy domination, and connecting with the land and wildlife instead of conquering it… this one’s for you. No screaming tyrants. No endless burning cities. Just elves calmly planning things on an extended timeline and side-eyeing anyone who thinks that’s inefficient.

Also. Unicorns.

Sacred. Omen-giving. Possibly judging you. Definitely cooler than horses.

So if you’ve ever thought, “What if a kingdom actually tried to be responsible?” - welcome to Del Yerlusta. Come wander the forest with me. Just don’t touch the ancient glowing trees without permission. I’m not filling out that paperwork.... :)
