Description

This is the ability to see what others are saying. You must be within seven yards, or have some means of bringing your point of view this close. A successful skill roll lets you make out one sentence of discussion, assuming that you know the language. If your subjects suspect that you can read lips, they can hide their mouths or subvoalize to thwart you. Getting a critical failure on a lip reading roll (If you're where your victims can see you) means that you stared too much and were noticed.
