The Forming of the Marshhelm League

After years of infighting, the people finally banded together. Efforts lead by both Zepyrak the Shellcrusher and Ragnorix the Runesmasher to create a unified region bore fruit, and the Marshhelm League was officially founded after the Jarls of Crushfeather and Snowrend agreed to form a unified government. Zephyrak was nominated as High Jarl.
