The Accord is Announced
Pursuant to the Mysthaven Accord, the following people will serve as the initial representatives on the Council of Five:

The Council have preliminarily established laws to expressly forbid:
- Purposefully sending citizens of Mysthaven to the Crossroads.
- Theft or destruction of property.
- Acts which threaten the success of the Mysthaven Accord.
- Impersonation of officials of the town of Mysthaven.
